Bible Story:

Week 4 takes us into Acts 6 and 7, where we find a somber moment in the church. Stephen was stoned to death for teaching about Jesus. He showed DETERMINATION and boldly shared Jesus and was willing to die for his faith.

Ask This:
When were you scared but kept going? When it comes down to it, most of our fear comes from being unsure of what will happen next. Thankfully, we can trust God to give us strength and to be with us through every moment!

Memory Verse:
“Let us not become tired of doing good. At the right time we will gather a crop if we don’t give up.” Galatians 6:9

Do you remember the first time you were left home without a babysitter? If you were anything like me you yelled “FREEDOM!” freedom can be a tricky thing, when we are given it, what do we do with it? Tell your student to tune in this week at 6:30 to see what the Apostle Paul has to say about how we should use our freedom in Jesus.

We will connect digitally again this week with your Student! Pastor Jeremiah will post a teaching on FacebookInstagram, and the White Flag App at 6:30pm on Wednesday. You Student's small group will also stay connected via group chats and video chatting.

We’re moving on in our series about judgement called Love/HateThis week, we’re encouraging students to use love when they speak up to or confront others. We want to help them understand the difference between calling someone out and lovingly confronting a hurtful behavior.

Remember This:
“Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?" Matthew 7:3
