Know Your Roles

Every successful organization has a structure in place that allows everyone to understand their roles. We cannot all be the boss, the star player, or the lead singer. Different roles have different responsibilities so that everything gets accomplished in a smooth manner. A marriage is no different. Within a marriage there is equality between a husband and wife, but there are also some differences. Ephesians 5 gives us a picture of these different roles and how we are to fulfill them.
