Worship Service Schedule for March 28/29
Thank you for your patience as we’ve adjusted to this online-only format over the past two weekends. Unfortunately, this transition has not been without technical glitches as churches across the country are having to make the same adjustments. Each of the first two weekends, we’ve encountered issues with our online church service providers that have caused the issues that some of you have experienced.
In an effort to prevent those frustrating situations for you, we’re adding more broadcast times for our service this weekend. This will allow you more service time options in case the one you choose has any issues – if that happens, you can just join us for the next service! Then, Sunday evening, you’ll have access to both a sermon-only video and a full-service video so you can view the service on-demand at any time you choose.
Join us at one of our 5 service times this weekend:
Saturday, March 28 at 5:00pm
Sunday, March 29 at 9:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm or 3:00pm
You have several options of how you can watch the service at each of those broadcast times:
- Both the White Flag App and website will provide you with the same online experience you saw last weekend that allows you to engage with the service and each other (it’s like going to church together!)
- Both the AppleTV app and Roku channel will feature the full broadcast
- The White Flag Facebook page will also have the broadcast and is a great way to share the service or host a watch party for your friends to see (it’s like inviting a friend to church!)
Also, don’t forget your kids’ church experience this weekend either! With Family Ministry at Home, you can make sure that your entire family is staying connected to the vine while at home!
Our team is working hard putting together a great online service for you this weekend. We hope you’ll join us for a time of worship, communion, and teaching. In the meantime, please be praying for that preparation process and be praying for our online church service providers to work out any and all kinks before we get to the weekend so we can have a seamless experience for everyone!
The White Flag office is closed in response to the stay-at-home order from St. Louis County. Our entire team is working as normal; they’re just doing it from their homes to stay safe and healthy. While we do have people who are regularly checking the mail, it would be super-helpful if everyone who can would transition their regular tithes, offerings, and Go Beyond contributions to online giving through the app or the website.
Remember, our online giving platform is secure and easy to use. If you need any assistance setting up your giving, please contact our finance director, Gayla Shaffer, by calling the church office (314.846.2110) or via email at email@example.com.
Senior Support Task Force
Don’t forget about the Senior Support Task Force! If you are a senior who would like assistance with any errands or tasks that will enable you to safely stay at home, please call the church office at 314.846.2110. Also, if you would like to join the team, you can sign up through the White Flag app or website.
