WORSHIP Experience DIRECTOR
White Flag Church is a growing, non-denominational Christian church located in the suburbs of St. Louis, MO. With a current weekly attendance of around 1,500 across its Thursday night and Sunday morning services, White Flag exists to transform lives by connecting people with Jesus, His word, and community. Led by Lead Pastor Paul Wingfield since 2008, the church has experienced remarkable transformation, shifting from more of a seeker-sensitive model to a culture of intentional discipleship, unified leadership, and spiritual depth. In 2023, White Flag completed a $15 million campus expansion, positioning the church for its next season of growth and impact.
White Flag offers modern worship marked by creativity, clarity, and a high standard of excellence. Services are energetic yet reflective, and the culture values innovation while remaining rooted in strong theological conviction. With a healthy staff team, high volunteer engagement, and a clear sense of purpose, White Flag provides an exciting opportunity for a Worship Experience Director to bring leadership to both worship and production in a church that is forward-moving, gospel-centered, and ready for what’s next.
The church is seeking the right candidate to take over as the new Worship Experience Director to oversee their entire worship and production ministry. The right candidate will have a deep personal life in Christ and the character and capacity that align with the church’s overall mission and vision. Below are the qualifications and responsibilities Froot Group and the church have identified for this role:

- Oversee all worship and production-related technology, including audio, lighting, video, and livestream, ensuring systems are maintained, upgraded, and well utilized.
- Collaborate with other departments to support events, campaigns, and churchwide initiatives that require creative planning and worship support.
- Participate as an active member of the staff team, contributing to staff meetings, prayer gatherings, churchwide events, and seasonal services including Easter and Christmas.
