Cancel Virtue Signaling

This series is based on Jesus’ clear teaching about the dangers of practicing our righteousness in front of others. The issue at hand in our culture, including Christians, is virtue signaling. Virtue signaling is the sharing of one's point of view on a social or political issue, often on social media, in order to garner praise or acknowledgment of one’s righteousness from others who share that point of view, or to passively rebuke those who do not. Jesus taught us this is not only useless, but it actually will cost us our reward in heaven.
